Learn how to recreate 3 popular music video effects inspired by Travis Scott ‘HIGHEST IN THE ROOM’ in this Adobe After Effects tutorials. Create sparkle eyes, an anime punch and blooming lights.
It’s been a while but again we are recreating a Travis Scott music video. If you are following us for a while you know we did A LOT of effect of him, 8 different ones to be exact. Recently he released a music video for HIGHEST IN THE ROOM and we LOVE it. It contains a lot of visual effects so we choose 3 easy but cool looking effects to recreate. Travis directed this video together with Dave Meyers and today I want to introduce him to you guys!
Dave is an American music video, commercial and film director, but I’m sure that most people know him from his music videos. This he’s been doing since 1995! Which is 24 year already, THAT’S LONGER THAN I EXIST ON THIS PLANET! To this date he already created 266 music videos for artists like Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift and many more!
What I like about his video’s it that it’s so perfect from the story it tells to the art direction everything is on point. Besides this he also always uses unique effect that we haven’t seen before so he’s the perfect fuel for our Copy Cat Friday series. So therefore he’s a real inspiration for me and probably many others. So if you guys have time this weekend check his work out if you didn’t already and really pay attention to the details. Who knows maybe you’ll learn a thing or two 😉
