Saramonic SR-WM4C Wireless Microphone Review

Laveliere, Saramonic, Wireless Microphone

We received a wireless microphone from Saramonic. It’s the SR-WM4C. The wireless microphone costs $90, which is surprisingly cheap compared to my Senheizer G3 set of $630. So we took the Saramonic mic to the test and listed all the pro’s and cons in this video.
The transmitters have a very interesting design. Although they’re made out of plastic, they do feel sturdy. In contrast with our Senheizer sets, the Saramonic transmitters doesn’t provide much features. But this isn’t always a bad thing. The simplicity makes then very easy to use, straight out of the box.
The microphone itself is not of the greatest quality. But it works and it sounds a lot better than a normal headset. So for $90 you’re definitely making a good purchase.
We did ran into one major problem while testing this mic. The output of the receiver seems to be too loud. I had the volume already turned down as much as I can, but I was still getting too much. You will also notice this problem in the review video, where my voice is peeking sometimes.

If the mic is peaking at the lowest volume setting, it is crap.
