Not liking your purchase? Or maybe you expected something different? No worries! For anything that you purchase from our website, you’re eligible for a full refund. We want our customers to be happy, that makes us happy too!

You can request a refund by sending us an email. Make sure to send an email from the same address you purchased your item with. That way we can find your order easily back in the system.

You can request a full refund up to 7 days after your initial purchase.

Technical Issues

If you’re having technical issues with your item, pop us an email and we’ll help you out. If we can’t figure it quickly, we’ll provide you with a full refund.

Wrong Item

We do our best to describe every item in detail with images and videos. If you believe you received the wrong item or that it was not described correctly, we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a refund.

License Used

When purchasing a premium license for any item, you’re only eligible for a refund if you haven’t used that item yet for commercial purposes.

Free Items & Donations

On our website you’ll find many free downloads. Sometimes with the option to pay an amount of your choice. Such payments fall under voluntary donations and cannot be refunded.

Refund Description

A proper description of the reason why you want a refund need to be written out. Situations like ‘I changed my mind’ or something similar will not be refunded.


Cinecom Belgium BV has the right to approve or revoke any request for a refund. We will investigate any request and make a decision based upon the reason written in the email. If your reason holds technical issues, we will do our best to resolve those issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, it is very likely a refund will take place. Based on the product, the use and the written email, Cinecom Belgium BV has the right to provide a full refund or a partial refund that Cinecom Belgium BV believes is reasonable.

When receiving a refund for any item, you also lose the benefits of that purchase. Such as the right to use the item commercially as technical support. These benefits are listed on the product page of each item.
