- Use the materials in a work for local festivals or screenings
- Use the materials in an end product for a client who has the intention to distribute that end product within the terms of the premium license. In this case, the client is allowed to upload the works to their social media channels as long as the client is the owner of that channel or profile.
- Use the materials within the terms of the premium license for an unlimited time and unlimited use
With a premium license you are not allowed to:
- Use the materials directly or indirectly for national or international TV broadcast
- Use the materials in a work for national or international festivals or screenings
- Use the materials for illegal purposes
- Sell the materials directly as a product
- Give or sell your premium license to another person or entity
Cinecom Belgium BV has the right to ask for your license key or order ID to validate your commercial purchase. If no proper license key or purchase ID can be validated for commercial use or we believe the terms have been violated, Cinecom Belgium BV has the right to submit a DMCA claim.
